whats the best lighting to get.and where can i get it.I have a small budget!

I would invest in a book first. And take it onto yourself to learn the in's and out's of growing. Nobody will lay it out for you...

Or... I won't at least..

If you can't answer the question you just asked, yourself. You won't get very far trying to grow !

Depends on size of room and number of plants. If you want something really cheap and do not have a large room check out CFL lighting you can get at Lowes, Home Depot, but Wal-mart has the best prices. Just make sure to get enough and of the proper spectrum. I would still look into HID for flowering even though you can use CFL's.

If you are talking about MH or HPS... Go with an HPS.
CFL's are cheap look around and you will find some!
