easing the munchies

whats the cheapest way to ease the munchies? i always get a real munchie overload and tend to spend 10-20 dollars on food.

btw, some of my favorite munchie foods are hot pockets, microwavable pizzas, burritos, slushies, biggie size fries, chinese buffets, bread sticks, pho, egg rolls, roast beef, honey flavored wheat thins, popeyes chicken, mashed potatoes and coleslaw, corn dogs, doritos, etc......

I don't even get munchies anymore, in fact being stoned takes my mind off of food now.
Try drinking a couple glasses of water or juice.

I guess I smoke too much pot... I only get hungry when I smoke (gonna be clean for a few days here flushing the system, got the niacin working right now...not fun), literally just don't get hungry unless i be smokin...

As for taking the edge off munchies, eat a light snack before you smoke and have a cig or dip afterwards (nicotine is an appatite suppressant). Get a massive drink helps, especially during the warmer months...
