mass of leaves

hi i have got a sudden mass of leaves and and at the top and at the top of the flower ,where all the buds are there is a lot of stem grown with new baby buds growin bearin in mind that there are two weeks left

here is a pic of the leaf but mine is a bit wider!!!!
