So I'm going to be attending Long Island University and they require a health examination form. I already gave them all the necessary paperwork but they have just sent me a notice saying that my records are incomplete and that I need to do a Urinalysis. I don't know if this will help but here is how the letter looks like:
We have received your health examination form and/or immunization record, however your records are still incomplete. In order to process your records we need the following information, which is relevant to processing your immunization.
A state regulated law requires all college students to show proof of 2 doses of measles, 1 does of mumps, and 1 dose of rubella. Failure to reply may result in cancellation of registration for this semester.
The item circled below is needed to complete your records:
-Physicians' stamp/ address
-Current Chest X-Ray
-Tuberculosis
-Copy of Titer for M.M.R
-Copy of 1st M.M.R
-Copy of 2nd M.M.R
-VDRL
-Hemoglobin
-Date of Physical
-Urinalysis (THIS IS CIRCLED)
...........................
So I was planning to go to the doctors office tomorrow to have it taken care of. My question is this: Is this just a test for diseases or a drug test?
