What is the name of this movie????

There is a movie I want to rent, but I have no clue what the name of it is, so I am going to describe it the best I can and hopefully someone here will know what it is.

It stars Ox from American Pie and Heather Graham. They are in love with eachother and then someone tells them that they are brother and sister. Anyway time goes by and Ox finds out that they really aren't related and he tries to find her, but a whole bunch of shit happens to him along the way, and one scene in particular he gets his arm stuck in a cow's ass. Anyways in the end they finally get together and get married.

Figured I'd help ya out since it only took like 2 seconds lol. BTW, Chris Klein's name was Oz in AP, not Ox haha.
