Leaves look droopy and dying!!!! HELP

the leaves on my plants are starting to look limp and droopy .instead of the leave pointing outward they are starting to point down.... im trippin PLEASE HELP!

without pics or deatiled grow info this is what you need to look into

root bound, lack of water, excess water, nitrogen toxicity(too much ferts) are all causes of droop or curl in leaves
