A spliff I thought it was a joint rolled with tobbaco, but I have heard it used in ways that i think people are talking about a huge joint. Does it mean diffrent things in diffrent places???

In Grenada, a spliff was a joint rolled with these long-ass papers they use down there. First time I saw one, I was on the way to take a crap and saw it laying on the ground. Picked it up, sat down to crap and looked at this thing for a while trying to figure out if it was actually a very long joint. Looked at both ends, but they were twisted shut. So, I decided, heck with it, and lit it. Pow, cannabis! That was during the invasion, which was kinda sucky first coupla months with shooting and screaming Cubans and stuff, but finding a huge joint just laying on the ground -- that cheered me right up! ;)
