So prior to flowering, 14 clippings were butchered from the ladies. There are three moms that were kept in the veg room.

What is the best way to afford supply of 48 clippings?

Keep the 3 moms and clip 48 from them?

Grow these new 14 clippings as moms and clip 48 from them replenishing this 14 as required from the now "grandmas"?

Can I clip clippings from a clipping etc? and therefore can always veg new moms?

As you can tell I'm pretty confused....any help is always appreciated and while typing try to say clip clippings from a clipping......ciao for now..

You can keep making cuttings from cuttings pretty much indefinitely as long as you do not stress the moms.
I like to use a mom for a few cycles of cuttings and then let her recover and flower her, and use smaller plants for fresh moms to avoid them becoming pot-bound.
How you do it depends on your space and setup.

Nope! Use proper technique and you should not run into any problems.
