Really.
Most seeds that are ripe DO germinate... hard-husks or older seeds can take up to 2 weeks!
Your temps should be in the high 70s or low 80s if you can guarantee mold-free conditions. Cool temps slow germ; high temps can kill seeds or cause them to rot.
Patience. It's likely to happen, just give it a couple more days using your trusted technique... I've played with some seeds from commercial brick and had some take a full 2 weeks to germ...

Well unless you have dial up you should have a modem that produces a lot of heat. I find heat helps a lot. Moisture and humidity rises in the plastic bag of mine from the heat and it quickens the germination process IMO, don't know if it's true but my seed JUST germinated in less than 12 hours. I Just put it down with my flowering plant that's being a bitch and stingy with the crystals :wtf:. I got a paper towel and split it in 4 squares wet two of them then wet the other two in hot water then I ring them out, place them in a small plastic bag and of course put the seed between the paper towel sandwich and keep a nice sprayer present just in case the moisture some how runs out. Although it's odd I also breath hot air in there just because lol. Then I just place that plastic bag under my modem and place a small face towel in between so the modem just isn't sitting on the seed. Works great.

I use the same technique, except for my heat source I use my 1000 watt stereo reciever, works great, seeds crack after 1-2 days. Id say out of 100 seeds, 95 will open if theyre ripe and cured properly.
