How Come the U.S. Flag Wont Show Up For Me?

I have my state showing (pennsylvania) but the U.S. Flag won't show itself. At least I can't see it. Instead I get a box with a red "x" through it. WTF?

same here. so i turned it off. i was tempted to put abu dahbi or zimbabwe but i decided against it. there should be a blank one at the top of the list if you feel like turning it off.
