Need Some Advice

I have a problem it seems every collective i have been to here in southern california has been selling me hemp flowers instead of real marijuana. I know this becuase the stuff they sell me has absolutely no effect on me. Even after numerous bowls. Even the hash is weak with no effect. What can i do besides going to a new collective cause i have tried many. Is there anyone i can report this to? Any legal action i can take? anyone have any ideas?

wow i couldnt tell u but that seems sketchy as shit, their taking your money as if ur buying reefer and ur not actually getting the product...so now clubs are turning into street dealers?

i would not recommend going to the long beach vapor lounge or the whittier collective. Both are con artist selling that legal bud stuff you see in high times. looks and smells like weed but it aint weed, no thc which means no high.
