Light Bulbs Question

Can I use both 2700k and 6500k bulbs for vegetation and flowering?

i've used bulbs close to those ratings and it seemed to work just fine.. just make sure they're close.. but not too close and not too far either

You used the bulbs in vegetation and flowering?

If they're in the right spectrum of light I don't see why not, although you should have much more/stronger lights than that if you expect a lot out of your plants.
