Still tryin to find a really slammin highly sativa variety from nirvana seeds and i came across something called "Traveling Thai"

Heres the specifics:
- indoor/outdoor
- 100% sativa
- thc 22 %
- flowering 11 weeks
- harvest November
- pure Thai sativa / sweet / energetic effect / thc high / productive.

Now if thats true, thats like my dream plant! But theres no reviews about it, no feedback, no pictures, and the page seems hastily thrown together compared to the others. So i just wanna know does anyone know anything about this plant? Should i trust it?

I've heard some bad reviews about Nirvana seeds in general. You should go with DrAtomic. He bred a strain called Thai Lights, which is also featured in The Cannabible 3, and Jason King said he loved it. If Jason King loves it, you will too. Thai Lights is a cross of a Thai sativa that DrAtomic found in... Thailand... and he crossed it with his version of Northern Lights (which is supposedly the original Northern Lights genetics). You might also want to look at DrAtomic's Nepal Baba. All of his strains are featured in The Cannabible 3, and Jason King liked them all, but loved Nepali Baba and Thai Lights.

Thai Lights certainly is an appealing name, isn't it? :) I want to grow it, badly. But I am probably not an experienced enough grower to do it, not yet at least. They also warn novice smokers about Thai Lights, as it is very trippy, and an intense head high (classic Thai, yet unique at the same time given that it is crossed with NL).

These are some exotic strains, and I think these dutch strains are gettin' a bit old for me, except for a few. Some great landrace strains from cannabis hotspots (tropical stuff and stuff near and in the equator - Thailand, Africa, etc) crossed with groundbreaking strains like Northern Lights is definitely exotic, and I'd love to grow it all. Some day... some day...

DrAtomic has been breeding since the 70s, and connoisseurs say he has bred some of the best strains in the world, better than a lot of the new dutch breeders. Greenhouse Seed Co is great, though. They've got some revolutionary strains as well, like Super Silver Haze (won the '97, '98, and '99 Cannabis Cups), and the original White Widow (won the '95 Cannabis Cup) - so they've got some top quality genetics. I'm not sure if I trust Nirvana, or even Sensi Seeds. I'd much rather go with the old school breeders like DrAtomic - they know their shit better than anybody.

A lot of these dutch breeders have just been regurgitating already-bred strains. Sometimes they rename it, or they just cross it with Big Bud and claim it's better because it has a bigger yield. I don't trust a lot of these more commercialized breeders. You shouldn't either.

By the way, Hemp Depot has these. Go take a look at them. I'm trying to get more info on Thai Lights, since I am most interested in it. But I've heard that the yield is quite low, as a lot of sativas are (Though Super Silver Haze, while mostly sativa (has some indica in it), has bumper yields for a sativa). Still, even if the yield is low, it's supposedly a remarkable strain. It might not be something that you want to binge-smoke on like a lot of other strains. It's exotic, and requires respect, so I'm going to look beyond the yield issue.
