I've been looking over a lot of the seedbanks recently and they list the %THC each plant is, the type of high, name of plant, etc.
Ive noticed that most of the plants with a high THC% are mostly indica or are a mix between the two. The most highly sativa plant i could find was like Durban Poison, but it only has 5-10% THC. I looked on nirvana and saw something called the Traveling Thai which is:
- indoor/outdoor
- 100% sativa
- thc 22 %
- flowering 11 weeks
- harvest November
- pure Thai sativa / sweet / energetic effect / thc high / productive.
That sounds pretty sweet, but why have i never heard of it? Are there other highly sativa strains out there with a good THC% that im just failing to find?

you kno i never really thought about it, but now that i do most the strains that ive had that i would consider dank dank weed are indica or a mixture of the 2...well ive always heard that though, sativas produce more weight and indicas produce better buds, thats why u try to mix to get a mixture of the highs and a mixture of yield/potency

straight sativas are just too tall, and long-flowering, for most indoor growers to consider ... I am one of the few that doesn't mind a plant that takes 6-7 months to finish ... also, many sativas can be very finicky, and difficult to keep happy ... generally, the hybrids give better all-around results ... one exception to this, is Cinderella 99 ... a top-tier sativa, that has been bred to grow easily, has very little odor, (lemon-scent), and a soaring high ... there are only a few sources for Cinderella 99, which was originally bred by the 'Bros. Grimm' a few years ago ... I have seen, and tried a few different ones, but I think Joey Weed's Cinderella 99, is the only one that has kept true to the original genetics ... it is only available (as far as I know) from Hemp Depot ... it isn't expensive, and they stealth-ship everywhere ... I've done business with them several times, and they are top-notch  ... Joey Weed is an outstanding breeder, a well-kept secret in our little world of growing (whoops, now I gave it away :D) ... P.S., an earlier post wasn't correct ... the indicas are the plant with the larger yield, denser buds, as a general rule, sativas tend to be smaller, fluffy bud groups ...

also, take those THC % ratings with a HUGE dose of doubt ... everybody has their 'own' way of measuring THC, and there is a lot more to cannabis effects, than just THC ... CBDs, for example, are more responsible for the 'body stone', and have been found to have great anti-inflammatory benefits ... etc., etc., ... :smokin:
