Anyone know what this is made of?

i was looking at one of these in my garage, and was wondering what they are made of, and if they are safe to smoke from. i took out the little plastic middle part with the numbers, and the rubber o ring in the end. i still am not able to draw from it though, so theres something blockin from the bowl to stem. any ideas?

oh and took out the big spring inside the tubew too, i can draw from it now too, just need to know if its safe

its for testing the pressure in car tyres. you put it on the valve and the inside bit extends to show you the pressure. it has a valve on the end that has to be pressed by the inner bit of your tire.

my dad? not so much. as i said, my garage, actually its me and a friend that share the house. anyways, we dont have head shops within an hour of us, so this is to hold us over until we wanna go get one. is it safe or not?

ok thanks, just didnt want it to be made of something that when i burn in it, it lets off fumes, thanks. yeah and i know glass is sooooo nice, i just wish we had somewhere around here :(.
i just ran a lighter over it to see if there was a smell, and there wasnt, it also doesnt really get hot. im thinking of using it as a stemand bowl for a bong :P

yes, but then again, a bottle is for drinking out of, sockets are used for bolts, etc. i dont see why trying something different is a problem :P. it works though!

If I were you, I would reach back in to the tool box, grab a half inch deep socket, stick a screen in the bolt end and viola, you have an instant hitter. Undo the head of your kitchen sink and swipe the screen from there if you don't have one. When you are done with it, pick the screen out and return it to your tool box unharmed.

yeah im deff gonna use it as a bowl and stem for a homemade bong, i hope it works good. if not i can always use it as a pipe.

but yeah, i saw a few that were stainless too, which is ok... idk, its really light and doesnt even get hot
