Flushing?

I am in the last week of budding and am ready to start flushing with fresh water.In what order do i want to use i have heard a couple of ways,to flush with 3 to 4 times the pot size in the beginning?or through out the week of flushing?any thoughts?:wtf:

10-14 days before you harvest flush 3-5 times the pot size and from that point on do not add anymore nutes unless you want your bud to smell and taste like ferts......

once is usually sufficient .... I wouldn't do it for a week straight that would be overwatering and shocking your plants at a really vital time.

so just 3 to5 times the size of the pot and normal watering with fresh water after the big flush,Ive already been flushing for one week with a flavor booster with 0-0-0 npk just suger water really.
