alright first of all i would like an opinon and some facts reguarding the difference between Hash and Keif. i have tryed both and beleive it is a simplar fade. i would like to kno if anybody has tryed to cook with keif or hash, if so how much do u need for a batch? which 1 would be better to cook with keif or hash?

hash and kief are technically the same thing, hash is just kief in its pressed form.

probably kief since it isnt yet compressed.

Either way.
1/4 to 1/2 gram per dose.
Most hash spacecakes and Bonbons in Amsterdam contain 1/3 gram of ground or powdered hash. Kif is exactly the same.

ya keif would be easier u can spred it out more betta for mixin
