first you have to think about where your going to grow indoors, how much space your going to take up, and what you have to do to get the right atmosphere for mj to grow

Kush , It depends what size area are you planning to have to work with? you want to keep the elect. the same and get 4 plants with a decent yield. Well you have to pay to play my friend, your gonna have to expect a little jump in the elect to get 4 plants going. Id suggest a 400w if you can afford it. I am running a 400w hps in my flwr area and i have 150w mh and 105w cfl in the veg area and just a few smaller cfls in the clone area. my bill has jumped significintly over the past few grows as i've added more lights along the way. But i have gotten great results from a perpetual grow setup. if you get yourself a good 400w setup and put 4 plants in a 3x3 or 4x4 area you will get yourself some good results. don't forget to get your air and temps in line and you'll be good to go.

having the right temp, getting enough oxygen exhange in the room, keeping up with air movement, humidity......things like that

exactly what keeko says. the temps, humidity, co2 ect all have to be tuned in and youll get what you want if you do it all right.
