Thanks to those on cannabis.com who have helped me in the past, much appreciate all the advice and care you guys have given me - you know who you are.

I recently received sixty clones, 36 are the CareFree which is supposesd to be a pretty nice yielder, one pound per thousand watt lamp... and 24 of the AfGooXKush which I have been told is just about some of the best bud my friend has smoked, however a lower yielder.

He is currently growing both strains outside, and they look healthy and vibrant. Most excited to get started again, my last run was a bit of a disappointment for various reasons, however the one before that was simply amazing... fully exceeded my expectations which is always a nice thing. Anyone grown crosses of any of these strains? Share your experiences!

RH: 60%
Temp : 77-82 lights on.
Ph : 5.7
Medium : Sunshine #4 (had great luck with this stuff thus far! Mixed with 20% perlite)

The babies are vegging under a thousand watt lamp (I know, a waste of power, I need to get a veg area set up soon with a T5)
They are mostly pretty small, with decent root structure, and while about five of them are droopy, all seem to have rebounded quite well from the transplant into their new homes which are your basic starter pot. They were given a healthy dose of B1 in their first feeding, however I have not given them any veg nutes as of yet and don't plan to for at least another water - we shall see. Pictures coming soon!

Clones appear nice and healthy. Besides just a few of em, they are all perky and appear to be growing already which means they must be rooted I'm guessing.

I have the light about 4 foot 8 inches above the clones because they were started under t5's and I don't want to blow them out of the water with the thousand watter.

I know the rule of thumb is to get the light within 18 inches of the plant tops within six or seven day of them getting used to their new home.

If I don't see any burning should I be lowering it a few inches daily? I don't want to blast them out, so I've only needed to water twice and so far I've given them nothing but r\o water and B1 for help with the rooting process.

Just gave em their second watering, they have been in there for three days now. Weird thing about it... the surface if the SunShine wasn't even close to dry at all when I watered em, but I figured they would need a splash. I got a shit load more run off this watering than last time despite giving them less water.

It's pretty important that roots completely dry out when they are trying to get situated and start growing obviously, but I am curious if I am hindering their ability to do by watering before the SunShine is dry. Everything I read says the roots grow while drying out, but if I see no signs of over-watering I see no reason to change my watering schedule.

I used 25% perlite, and I am going to be watering these puppies more frequently this time because I have friends who keep their SunShine saturated almost at all times, and say they get a much better harvest. The medium is pretty damn forgiving for the most part, so I plan to at least model that method during flowering but am I doing a dis-service to them when I water before it's completely needed considering they are trying to root?

Pretty weird ..... last night they all appeared super perky, really reaching for that light... this am I checked on em before the lights went off and alot of em were droopy. Over-watering? I've only watered three times in the last 9 days, maybe that is a bit too much even still.

Also, should be noted...the last time they were watered was Monday so it's not as if I over-watered them last night and they are showing signs of it now.

Ladies are being put into three gallon pots tomorrow and then put on their trays for five-six days and then it's flower time!

Have the PPM at about 780 right now, they are about three weeks old... seem to be taking that just fine. Did detect a tiny bit of mildew on two-three of them today. I think it's time to lower night time r\h to about 55% and prune the bottom 1\3 of all the plants.

I've already taken the infected areas off, but I'm going to go ahead and turn my ossilating fans off just in case. Tomorrow when they get transplanted all the bottom 1\3s will come off.

Don't think I need to think about using product as of yet, I caught it real early and it shouldn't be too much of a problem if I lower the humidity and put them on separate tables they will be able to breathe easier I hope.
