new grower questions for white widow....

ok would 6 26watt cfls be enough lighting??
do i have to keep it in an inclosed area for lighting??
what is a good fertalizer
and dose soil have to be sterile??
i would greatly apreciate some good advice.... thanks

1) read the thread on cfl lighting
2) Keeping it in an enclosed area with mylar lining will give you more light for the plant and will be easier to control the over all environment.
3) I use General Hydroponics 3 part formula and use the this recipe for great results. http://boards.cannabis.com/hydroponics/93676-proven-nutrients-all-you-need-gh-3-part-calmag.html
4) I don't know what you mean buy sterile, but you can't just dig up soil from outside. A lot of people use Foxfarm soils but you can just go to Walmart and get potting soil. Just make sure you ph balance your water.
