ok well theres 1 small hermie next to my 2 females, it has a good amount of hairs, but also a good amount of pollen sacks . i have just been picking the sacs off and now im thinking about taking it out of the ground and moving it, but its like 1 inch from the other main stem in the ground of one of the females. should i attempt to take it out and move it

I would say chop it. I know it's gonna be hard but since you have 2 other females and you risk killing one of 'em by digging it up, you have to take in consideration the risks versus rewards. Good luck whatever you decide.

Kill the hermie!
Not only do you have to worry about pollination, but if those roots get bound up together they COULD all die! Next time remember to leave more space, about 1 gallon of soil per month of plant life. (up to about 3.5)
Good luck!
