My Bong Question ? :)

Hello everyone thank you for viewing one of my first threads on c.com, To give a little background on my question...I found a new love about 2 winters ago when i was still in high school, i discovered putting ice in my bong, I've noticed since then in my different sessions with new people some prefer ice and water and some prefer just room temp water in the bong...my question is which do u prefer?

But lets keep this on topic. I usually hav about three or four ice cubes in my bong so I can take huuuuuuuuuuuge rips. Its pretty nice. :)

How can water get to 23-25 degrees, im pretty sure itd be ice then.

because the water has salt in it......saltwater has a lower freezing point then pure water

see i knew this was worth starting, ive known bout ice and water which is great but always worried about it getting too cold and cracking my stem, im definitely gonna try the ice with salt water

i like to just put one or two cubes in my bong so i dont fill up my tube with ice thats not needed and i get more smoke :]] its still hella chilled and the bong still rips fat.

find yourself a bong that will hold 2 ice cubes in your chamber. And then fill the bong up with cold water. Some find it harsh some find it smooth

Ice catchers is a form of filtration its has a storm affect in hot and cold meet and conflict with each other wich is why the ice catchers are the bomb

Snow works okay.
It tends to melt faster than ice.
Which is why i tend to use it.
plus its summer time..

the highest ive ever been was on a 4 ft ice bong wich had boiling water in the bottom and loads of ice in the neck. felt like i have five arms all connected to elastic that moved when i moved like a blurry effect but i could feel it

Are you sure the salt isnt absorbing more of the THC?

Cold water in the base, snow up above. If its summer, then ice in the catcher, all the way up. At school, theres a lot of snow Nov-Mar, so I just open my window and scrap some off the fire escape.

the ocean definitly can freeze becuase i live on the coast and the bay freezes over all the time, we get cold cold winters. speaking of winters, my #1 favorite thing to fill my bong with is snow, to the very top of the bong. its amazing. the snow doesnt filter it like water does, but it feels like your breathing in cold, crisp, winter air, but then when you blow out, its thick white smoke! but watch out becuase alot of the time since you dont feel the heat, you take a rip thats just way too huge and you choke like hell after. well at least i do. in the summer time, if i want it to be cooled i just use crushed ice and refridgerated water. it dosn't even come close to snow but it still works better than just regular water.

cold purified water and ice cubes all the way unless its winter then ill use snow but rember dont put the yellow snow in ur bong, its turns out the yellow snow it urine(my mistake) lol jk

yeah it was a little pricey but well worth it ive smoked maybe 2x's its worth through it and i always have friends bringing over people who want to smoke out of it so i almost never go dry

that sounds like a pretty nice setup you got there, yea its always good to have better smoking pieces than your friends so they want to smoke their herb with u to use your stuff

I bought a cheap bong offline and you know what I do with it? If im in a circle with 3 or more people, we put a very small amount of water in, then we put chrushed ice a little higher than the waterline should be. that way, by the time we're done all the ice has melted, we had cold hits the whole time, and it's time to empty the water into my friends plant :)
