needless to say even before i get into the story i was dumb about it....
me and a friend of mine were buyin a oz every single day of summer so far and dealin off just to make our money back and then smokin the rest...to get rid of it we would call every1 we knew that blazed and would ask if they needed then would drive to meet em or to drop it off, but soon after startin all that we had more people callin us than we could keep up wit, i mean we always had some and would do full delivery, but i think some where in the line of people i got stuff for, i got ratted on cause i got pulled over for not having a front license plate on my car in a 2 plate required state (ohio)..and when i say they pulled me over it was more like they were waiting on me cause it was 2 SUV's and a car (with dog) and then they told me my eyes looked glazed over and wanted to search me (knowin i had nothing in my pockets cuase i just stashed it all in my car) so i said yeah thats fine, they found nothing then they said they wanted to search the car and i told em no cause for what they pulled me over for was not a valid reason to search my car so the cop was just like "ok the dogs are here anyways ill just walk him around a bit" so they pulled it out and walked it around my car and then told me the dog smelled shit and now they had a valid reason to search it...so they did and they found a bowl, scale and a small bag of purely seeds and stims, i got a ticket for possession of less than 100g(for the seeds and stims) a paraphernalia ticket for the bowl and a paraphernalia ticket for the scale...went to court got a continuence for more time to get a lawyer cause im tryin to get out of a trafficing charge. But about 2 weeks later cops rolled up on me and 2 of my freinds hot boxing a car in a parking lot at like 2am and this neighborhood is usually the spot people go cause cops never come through it and its kinda like the ghetto of the really nice city i live in, but some1 called them for suspicious behavior from our car and they rolled up with 6 cop cars (mixture of SUV's and cars acually) and found only a rouch of the blunt under my seat mat and a fully rolled blunt under the drivers seat and the kid in the back had less than a gram left in his bag they found, they gave me a possession ticket for the rouch under the foot mat of the seat i was sittin in (even tho its not my car) and both the other kids got the same for what they had under there seat or in there pocket, but now my question....
im 18 so the rules hit me harder than the 16yr old driver and 17yr old kid in the back, but both those kids already went to court and got there punishments of like house arrest and probation or what ever but i gotta go to court later this month for mine, if i just fight it and say its not mine there is no way for them prove it was mine cause it was under my foot mat in a car that wasnt even mine is there? couldnt i just deney knowing it was even there? and if so theres no real way i can get my other dudes that were in the car in anymore trouble by sayin it wasnt mine is there since they already got there punishment for that situation? i also never admited to the cops i was smokin at all that night and they didnt seem to question me about it they jsut were like "ok" and the kid that was drivin told the cop the only thing he had been smokin he threw out the window when he saw the cops but they looked around and didnt find anything, so me sayin that rouch under the floor mat wasnt even from this time of him smokin, would that sorta thing help me out at all?
