last time I went (i even posted about going) the tickets were so cheap, like 25 bucks. so its my sisters birthday and me and my girlfriend were going to take her to six flags since shes just turning 13 and hasnt been on a rollercoaster haha.
so anyways we just found out the tickets are like 60 bucks now so it kinda sucks. we didnt plan on them being so pricey so plans are changing all last minute. none of her friends could go so we were gonna take her stepbrother since most of the seats on the rides are 2 seats but we probably will have to go as a trio now since we cant afford to take him and someone will have to ride alone or with a stranger haha. bummer!
hopefully itll work out good.

Yeah I went this summer, but the tickets were only like 40 bucks, plus we had a coupon from a coke can that made it $29.99. But it always sucks having an odd number, or someone who is too scared to ride them.

well i got a ton of those buy one get one free coupons because they send them to us in the mail at work, but they always come with one or two free admissions. anyways me and my girlfriend were gonna pay for ourselfs and then get my sister and whoever she wanted to take in for free.
since that wont work now because it costs so much i think were just gonna have to pay for one ticket and get one person in free with the buy one get one free and ill use the free admission coupon.
so complicated it just makes me wanna say screw it all! but my sister is all excited now and me and my girl start school on the 20th and already asked for time off of work so yeah..what can ya do but improvise huh?

Yeah, dont forget parking, I think it was like 12 bucks. And make sure you bring your own food so you can just go out into the parking lot and eat.

half, i hate the people who dont put a phone #, do they wanna sell the crap or what, i hate waiting like that.
i know dude.
ive sold stuff on craigslist quite often..music equipment i dont want/need anymore, just anything that might be worth anything that isnt worth anything to me anymore. its a great website! ive even posted my resume and gotten job offers haha.
i sound like a spam bot.
but seriously, my point was that i agree, i hate the wait. when i sold stuff, i always posted my callback number, and waited for them to come to me.

yeah, u post the # and boom, they call u back instantly.
we posted a car for sale, and no kidding, 2 seconds after the click, the phone rang, 30 mins later the guy was here, 30 minutes later, the $ had changed hands. Its sweet. I went to MM about 6 months ago, got 7 tix for $100...good luck
update this when u do something on this matter
yeah i just talked to my girlfriend on the phone and shes all stressed at work hahaha. so i feel like a vacation planner or something trying to budget in gas and food and all this stuff.
ill post more later. i need to chill haha.

slick-d, i live in atlanta, GA, but i assume you're talking about the L.A. six flags? but in any case, we have some of the same coasters here as you (batman, deja vu, goliath, ninja, etc.)
we don't have "X" though which is why i was confused. at our park, superman is a roller coaster (and my favorite one in the park, no less) and not a tower drop.
when i was in line for deja vu, the dude in front of me was tellin' me that the company that made/engineered the ride (japanese company) recently went out of business, and that now there's nobody to maintain and upkeep it, so he was saying it probably won't be open for much longer...another year maybe...

Which Six Flags park are you going to? You could get a season pass for $60 at the Atlanta, Ga park. I don't like Six Flags because it seems like all of the people that work that are very rude. I'd much rather go to a water park like White Water...especially with it being 100 here...it's unbearable right now.:)

Thanks for reminding me about Magic Mountain..
BlaZinit, that is where we need to go before the end of the summer...We talked about it but havent for awhile. I will start looking for tickets...maybe we can go there in a couple of weeks..I will pay for your ticket...consider it a birthday present..are you down? or are you scared? LOL
