Yea, it's definitely unethical that he is the one being charged with 4 counts of murder. He should only be charged with the theft of the vehicle. It really isn't his fault that he was the one that ended up driving the jeep. There do need to be consequences just not consequences as harsh as 4 counts of murder. The kid has his whole life ahead of him, it would be a shame for it to be all a waste.

actualy, if atleast 2 of those charges get droped, and they are only charging him as a minor, he might have a chance to live... another free life some day... with good time and parol... IF HES FUCKING LUCKY, cause when i was in jail, there was a girl, who took the blame for murder for her boyfriend, and she only got 30 years... shes going to a youth prison until shes 21... and then to the big girl prison here.... to serve the rest of her time...

i think it's messed up as well... i know it still doesn't make it ok, but the train was parked on the tracks, and it didn't have the lights... and my town (especially out there) is dark as hell at night, pretty hard to really see the road 10 feet ahead of you.... he probably never even saw the train, and i'm willing to bet he feels like shit, and hes going to torture himself over killing four of his friends for the rest of his life regaurdless...

i agree there should be consequences, but not murder charges.... at they very most, involuntary manslaughter....

This jsut happen in my town on graduation night this year... my girlfriend, new the people.. and of course the driver was the only one alive... and is now in prision.. he just turned 18 and graduated with honors.. to bad..

but i understand how thats big news for a small town... i mean, one girl died in a drunk driving accident last summer, at the senior graduation party, like she had just graduated that day, and was driving home from the party, with another girl, and the girl that died was driving, didnt have her seat belt on, and she hit something(i never heard the full story so im not sure what she hit) but she hit her head on the stearing wheel and broke her neck, and crushed her skull.... and died... the other girl, lived but with only minor injurys.... but tried killing her self several times after the accident, because the girl that died was her best friend... and she basicaly saw the intire thing.... and then a 3rd girl tried killing her self because, she was sapost to get in the truck and go with the 2 other girls, but desided to stay at the party, becuas she wanted to hang out with a guy....

the saddest part was, 2 of my homies were in love with this girl, like this girl was there first sex, and first love... and i cant stand drinking with either one of them anymore, because everytime we get drunk, then get depressed...and throw all of the alcohal, saying i fucking loved her, and this is what killed her....

but one of the good times, that the homie was throwing the beer, he said ''ashely was put on this earth for a reason, and that reason is because god wanted to show us that life is short, so injoy it while you can...."

last summer was the summer of death in our town, like 2 other people i was friends with died that summer... and then a few deaths of people i didnt know personaly, but my better friends knew preaty damn well....

that was like the biggest thing that ever happend in our small hick town.... other then the FBI storming it once because of a bomb threat at our school.... and a second time, after a girl was rapped on the reservation(because you the reservation is in a different police jurisditction, the town cops, couldnt do a investigation for anything out there, and the triball police, only really have basic police training.... do FBI was called)


ohhh and a HUGE under ground marijuana grow set up was busted.... like this guy had a great big trailer(the ones that semis tow around for like safe way) barrined under ground, and then like a few 20-30 foot trees groing over the top of it... and then like a bunker built, underground with a hallway going from the trailer to the bunker, and then to get into this fucking thing, the guy had a car that was shot up, and rusted out, and basicaly every body part except for the trunck and the body were striped out.... and he had a hole cut in the buttom of the trunk, and then a ladder going from the truck to the trailer, basicaly like a man hole.... but he got busted... but you have to admit... that was a fucking sweet grow set up, inside of it, there was a hydro set up for about 300 to 400 plants, and then in the bunker, he was just growing regular plants.....(there was also a lab set up some place else on his property, and thats how he got busted... there was a pot leaf on the front page of the news paper, and every single news paper in town was sold out, and even in the public library, and school librarys(in the elementry library to) the news papers were stolen, just for the pot bust story.....
