Most efficient way to smoke?

I've been trying to figure out what type of pipe/device smoke's the most Efficienty. I think it depends on a number of things, bud hummidity,bowl size and how long the goods are allowed to continue smoldering after a hit. Like when I smoke thru a pipe I always cap off all air to the bowl with a thumb as soon as I'm done takin a hit. I like my Proto pipe for this exact reason. It has a lid on one end and a small mouth piece one the other end, makes for a thumb freindly setup:thumbsup: What's the most efficient way to smoke in your personal experience.

Prolly the gravity bong. Just pack it up with one hit worth each time, and burn all of that. The GB allows for the most efficient uptake b/c along with natural inhalation, it forces more smoke down your lungs and up into the alveoli(absorption balloons at the end of bronchi)

Vaporizer hands down.. when you smoke weed you only get about 50 percent of the thc, when you vape if you grind it up good you get 100%.
