So I was sneaking out to my low maintenance plot to kill off this season of males, when I was startled by a very loud squawk / squeal. As my reflexes took me low to the ground I hear rustling and then see movement straight ahead of me. There was a big Buck with a few of his ladies right next to MY ladies !

They ran off and listened to me as I chopped the males outta the crop lol.

Watch out for hunters scouting, as well- the old guys will know everywhere a buck travels for weeks before Opening Day.
