well on my first grow i fell in love with the plant but the pack had no breeder because it was a freebie...who makes the best?

Dutch Passion has a rock solid one that is easy to find.
Skunk 1 is a true IBL so you should not have any problems if the seeds are ripe and in good shape.

The Pure from The Flying Dutchman also sounds good.

Oh yeah that's right evertking, The Pure is another name for Skunk 1. So search that too when you are looking.
