1. What veg fert is good to get? 20-20-20?
2. Is it good to put water in the soil at night and then in the morning I put the germinated seed in?
3. Do I put the veg fert in the soil before or after the germinated seed is in the pot?
4. Do I use the veg fert once every 3 weeks? (Like fert once then water like every three days?)
5. What flower fert is good to get? 10-30-30?
6. Do I put the flower fert in the new potted soil before or after the plant is in?
7. Do I use the flower once every 3 weeks? (Like fert once then water like every three days?)
Please help answer my questions. I'd appreciate it.
This is so confusing .
Im just trying to learn everything before I grow because my seeds are like about four years old. I don't really want to mess up. Hopefully my Jack Herer seeds are still good .

1. What veg fert is good to get? 20-20-20?.Nah, the N shoudl be higher than the P and K, but really do yourself a favor and google botanicare or fox farms and see what the levels in those are.
2. Is it good to put water in the soil at night and then in the morning I put the germinated seed in? .Not the complicated, you can do it like that though, sure.
3. Do I put the veg fert in the soil before or after the germinated seed is in the pot?.no ferts at ALL in the soil or water for the first couple weeks, until you hve 5 sets of adult leaves
4. Do I use the veg fert once every 3 weeks? (Like fert once then water like every three days?).You will get a feel for this. It's often opposite, fert fert fert water fert fert etc.
5. What flower fert is good to get? 10-30-30?.You have the right idea lowering the N.
6. Do I put the flower fert in the new potted soil before or after the plant is in?.No you put it in the water. Solid chemical ferts are a pain in the ass and cause problems. If you are using soil amendments, they should be organics.
7. Do I use the flower once every 3 weeks? (Like fert once then water like every three days?).Same as for veg
In my sig there's a quick grow guide that will help you out a bit more.
Thanks for making your questions so easy to answer! Yay for the lists.

Thank you very much.
Do I have to put anything in the soil in the veg state?

Just plant the seed, water with ph'd balanced water only until you have about 4-6 sets of leaves on your plant. At this state (4-6 sets of leaves) you will slowly introduce your grow nutes. I use Fox farms "grow big" and I mix it in with water in one gallon jugs, ph balance it, then water the plant real well, and repeat the process every time you water it. You will increase the amount of nutes until you hit a stable instructed amount. continue on... Once you have decided to flower your plant and have had it on the 12/12 mode for 7-14 days, then you will slowly begin to introduce flower nutes and continue the process as you did with the veg cycle from there. This is just basic feeding/watering instructions and questions may come up later. Get your seed germinated, growing and we will help you from there.
BTW Fox Farms Veg nutes are 6-4-4 and the bloom nutes are 2-8-4 They work wonders for me. You will also want to invest in a bottle of Superthrive. They sell it at every green house/walmart/home depot. It provides added minerals/vitamins and is good when repotting or have a stressed out plant.
good luck and I hope you can make sense of this,

Don't add anything to the soil until the first transplant. Then you can use blood meal or a high N bat guano as a soil supplement if you like. But those aren't necessary and IMHO less is more when you are just learning. Deficiencies are easy to correct. Buildups and lockouts, not so much.
