I plan on useing two cool and two warm white cfls 3x3x5 growing area.Will the chrome side of dorito bags,or mylar ballons work good on the walls for reflection

Mylar, yes. Chip bags, no.
Flat white paint is better.

annaconda had mylar balloons at first in her grow. try the space/camping/emergency blankets at walmart or camping supply store. i guess they are cheap and easy to come by.

Well I got a freind that works at the dollar store that can get me a box full.Great thing about it,it's free.

A friend of mine has some flat white paint, but when we opened the can and mixed it up it was like a cream looking color.Does this mean the paint is no good.

depened some white paint has a off tint colour to it so u can see where you painted, it should dry pure white.

What you want is super bright, flat titanium white. If it has a yellow tint, it will not reflect as well.

Well I was planning on useing cool white and warm white cfls.Well,I found cool daylight white that should work right,but I couldn't find warm white cfls.Will soft white cfls work for flowering.

well if you dont mind may i say something go with hid lighting ebay has great deals on hps and mh lights i would buy a 400 watt hid light for your space though flouros do run cooloer than hid lights but ive never used em to grow with so i dont know your question

I like the 105 watt 6500k CFL's for vegging, Have never tried CFL's for flowering though. I would look for something in the 3600K-4700K range for the redder spectrum.
