say hypothetically, i have a 3+ foot plant that only gets 4 or less hours of sunlight... How long untill the budding is finished? It is budding, and doing great, just taking a loooong time. And please don't post things like, "you need to give it more light" because i would know that, but i have an appartment that only gets that much (direct) sunlight. :S5: thanks in advance.

well, it would be an interesting plant. It would have 9 leaves to a stem, but the leaves would be thick like indica. It would look something like this. http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g72/adam_scsd/good1.jpg http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g72/adam_scsd/3feet.jpg Also, what would one do if this was ocurring? http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g72/adam_scsd/burningleaf.jpg

Assuming you are in the Northern hemisphere, budding should end around October. Flowering is not just a function of how many hours of direct sunlight your plant gets, but a function of how long your plant gets light on a daily basis. The plant would bud better if you put it in total darkness for 12 hours per day.

I have no idea what the ph would be or how to find out, and i'll get a better pic tomorrow(it's night time, dont want to disturb it with light) and thanks for the link. But im having trouble finding finding the same problem on it. Some almost compare, but not quite. Which do you think it is?

I was told before that it was more than likely too much plant food. I used a 15-30-15 (don't remember the name) and it was mainly for rose budding. I don't think it's the plant food in particular because ive used it before.
