First time grower has some questions

How moist does the soil have to be when I put the seed in the soil?

Do I have to put anything in the soil between first week to fourth week?

When do I fertilize?

Keep the soil moist not soaking wet.
Give the plants 2-3 weeks before feeding.. and lightly and work your way up.

soil itself has enough nutrients to last for about 2 weeks....

This is so confusing :confused:.

Im just trying to learn everything before I grow because my seeds are like about four years old. I don't really want to mess up. Hopefully my Jack Herer seeds are still good :).
