Isn't it great when you smoke before you have something to do and it just changes your mood entirely?

I work at night, from 7pm-4am or after (we have mandatory OT) and because I am on this work schedule, I find it difficult to sleep a "normal" pattern on the weekend, even though I am off work. I did not sleep well Saturday morning, after work Friday, or last night(this morning technically). When I woke up today, I still felt so tired and bad and I knew I had to go to the grocery store and Staples, to buy back-2-school supplies for myself and my daughter during the tax-free weekend. After taking my daughter to her grandparents house, and smoking, I feel much better. I feel like I got more rest than I did. I also don't really like shopping (unless it's for shoes) but I am actually now looking forward to going out. I'm like those parents on the TV commercial that are overly excited about their kids going back to school.

I'm not just discovering this benefit, I have smoked for years, but just wanted to talk about it, and see if anyone else had similar effects. I don't feel like I need it to function throughout a day, it just makes my day considerably more pleasant.

I drank some beers and smoked last night, then slept for 12 hours straight after a hectic work week. My boss called me at 11:30 this morning asking me to come in. Come on man. This 18 year old PT worker works like 3 days a week, and he doesn't even show up for work this morning, so they call me. I wasn't too pissed and it's not like I had to work, so I made up an excuse and said hell no. :p I do my 44 hours a week. Just give me my 2 days off man and don't bother me during them.

So anyways, I smoked, made a banana milkshake that I'm drinking now, and I feel great. Milkshakes kick ass.

I agree with you on that, as far as working on your days off........

And milkshakes are good, especially if you are high. There's a restaurant here called Cook-Out and they have like 30 different varieties of milkshakes. My favorite is cherry cheesecake.
