Hi here are some pics at about week 6 or 7 of flower. All three of these plants are bag seed (unknown strain.) The first 3 are form the same plant and I believe it is the plant that will finish first.
The 4th pic is of a mutated plant (look at the hook looking leaves and yellow stripes on the hook leaves). The 5th pic is the plant that showed its sex first and looks like it will produce the most buds (weight wise).
I tried looking at trichs with a microscope but due to my extreme shaking I cannot see them for long once I get them in focus. So any input is appreciated.
Can I go by the red hairs as some type of indicator? I read on this forum that once the red pistils start to outnumber white then it is tim to flush the plant and start looking at trichs. Is this correct?
Thanks in advance!

they are close and you should probably quit using nutrients now if you havent done so already there isnt really a wrong time to harvest as I see alot of post about when to harvest, its your plants and you could very well harvest now or wait a couple of weeks but I doubt they will pack on any or much more weight and you will basicly just be influencing the high as the glands turn cloudy to amber.

Thank you for your input.
Are you commenting on the first plant or all of them?
I am sort of thrown off by the first plant (the one w/ 3 pics) because it has such a high calyx to leave ratio. This plant is very apparent that it is almost done.
The other plants (especially the last one) has a lot of leaves and looks very different and to me it isn't aparrent when they are almost done.

yeah I am done with nutrients, I will be flushing my next 2 waterings to get rid of nutrients. I used bat guano as soil dressing so I hope that doesn't affect my ability to properly flush the plant. Do you think that will matter?

assuming it was just phosphourus guano it shouldnt have much of an affect on flushing and I was reffering to all the plants they all look good with trichromes even on the leaves you really cant tell to much by the pistols and when they change color.

Hey firsttime, I would suggest you pluck a selection of leafs with trichs on from each plant, then put them under the microscope on a flat surface, and if possible have a look at the colour to know when to harvest (in the FAQ section, there is pictures to help).
If thats not working for you, maybe get a friend to help you out?
Either way, you're plants are looking tasty for bag seed, and happy toking.

Ok, so should I luck the leaves from the top of the plant I am assuming? That might be easier for me than standing above the plant.
And it is safe to say that the trichs on the leaves will mature just like the tricks on the buds?
