The consumer activist points out the seventh amendment guarantees Americans the right to a trial by jury.
But Comcast customers who receive the arbitration policy, even if they don't read it, have agreed to waive, to the fullest extent allowed by law, any trial by jury.
wtf is that?!
i haven't liked comcast before they took over, they suck durring the take over (everyone in the houston area i've talked to that have comcast and digital cable have had the same reports, of it constantly going in and out) and now this... i'm getting really tired of these people....
i also spent over 2 hours the other day on the phone.... an hour the first time calling them when my net was out and didn't come back in 20 mins... i was told there was no outage in my area... but the battery in the phone went bad while we were troubleshooting crap... i call back after hooking up a corded phone.. and guess what? this person tells me there is an outage....
man fuck this company..
btw, those of you in teh houston area with comcast.... you need to opt out within 30 days or you could get screwed...
