This is probably the best bud I've picked up in the last two years. Pictured there is 13.5 g's... personally, I think it looks more like 20-28 g's. My pharmacist didn't even want to sell it because it was all he had left. I acctually had to plead with him and overpay (by $20) in order for him to part with it... that's how good this is. It's unfortunate, but I was willing to do what I had to so that I could have this in my possession.
The trees are extremely airy and delicate, yet sticky and filled with trichomes. The nugs are covered in hairs that are predominately orange/yellowish. The leaves are a darker green and some almost looke like they have shades of violet in them. The trichomes appear to be mostly amber with a some cloudy-ness.
I haven't even smoked any yet, but I can tell from the smell alone that it's something to be reckoned with. It's extremely pungent before you even break it up... it smells like fresh flowers mixed with sweetness (maybe some foul foot odor?) on the outside and bites your nostrils when you take a whiff of it up close. You can still smell the aroma in your nose after you take the bud away from your face. When you crack it open it wreaks of fresh sugary strawberry. I wish I already worked out so I could sample this stuff, but I have to do my thing first. I'll post a smoke report ASAP.
Enjoy the pics. :rastasmoke:

very nice... i find that really high quality sativas are far rarer than their indica counterparts... i guess there are less people willing to put in the serious time and effort required to grow a beautiful sativa plant... (even here in socal which is odd)

It doesn't smell like diesel or sour at all. The outside kind of has a floral/leathery/fermented fruit smell to it.
The effects are a lot stronger than diesel too. Diesel doesn't really mess me up that much and it's usually a short stone.
The effects from this stuff are psychedelic. It nails you after the first toke. You feel it creeping into your head. After about 10 minutes you get really relaxed and your head becomes really light... sounds and sights become more vibrant. After about 25, you feel like your in a different time zone. My boy was telling me that it felt like he couldn't move his body, but his mind was wide awake. I kind of felt the same way. I was stuck, but my mind was sharp. The first smoke I had of it lasted well over five hours. The heavy body high wears off after about 2 hours and it becomes more of a relaxed mind high. This is definitely not for casual smokers. My friend smokes blunts every day and he couldn't hang (he was tweaking off three hits). He said it felt like he was a kid smoking again because the effects were so strong. I'm thinking it might be a strain of kush (probably haze though... maybe strawberry?), but I can't really be sure. All I know is that it's mainly sativa.
The smoke is awesome. It's smooth on the initial inhale and tastes fruity on the tougne and clean in the lungs. It expands immediately as it hits your lungs. I found that both my friends and myself were choking up every hit that we took.

That's true. I find it hard to believe in Cali... A lot of mine has been coming from the NYC/Washington Heights area (the self proclaimed "haze capitol of the world"). I can get great indica's all day, but I don't like that sleepy/couchlock feeling that comes with them... my favorite indica has to be White Widow and that doesn't come around too often. Maybe once or twice a year. I much prefer the psychedelic "up" feeling of a good sativa. Although it can be intense and has made some casual smokers stop, I enjoy the feeling.
I've found that a properly grown sativa usually runs $50-$200 more per ounce than a good indica because of the growing cycle. I've read on other forums of people paying well over $550/ounce for haze. Some people let them flower for 8 months and some even longer than that... that takes some hard core discipline and love. That's when you know you have a powerful bud on your hands. There is always the possiblity of mold creeping in with that lengthy cycle too. Some Sativas just don't want to cooperate either. It takes an experienced grower to produce a good one. And thank god, I have that connect right now. I don't even know how much I'd smoke if I couldn't get sativas anymore...

That sounds alot like a Kush derivative caled 215 which i had recently. more stony in the beginning and then a clear headed high near the end. I am not sure what it was cross bred with or what even the original kush was but it was perfect.

thats like a indica/sativa hybrid not pure sativa u can tell by the dark green, usually sativas are more light green than that.

DAMN... That shit looks MMMM good. Great pickup yo
That looks so amazing. I *love* sativas, and VTDank is right, it does look like some haze of some sort - not that anybody would be able to know but you, Grade A. Oh, but the smoke report you gave definitely sounds characteristic of some kind of haze. AmazinG!#@!#$
Kmoney, you're wrong. White Widow is not "a sativa," at least the original isn't. It is indica dominant in growth, however, part of the high has a cerebral sativa high and the beginning is usually an indica stone. But the way it grows, the bud structure, etc, is indica for sure. The original is a very small plant, in fact. Very bushy. Wide, dark-green leaves (that's indica).
Point is, you can't say "it's a sativa," because it isn't just a sativa, it's a cross between an indica and sativa. IIRC, the original genetics are: Brazillian x South Indian landrace strains.

Please explain to me, aside from multiple harvests, how on earth it would be possible to flower for 8 MONTHS?!

Uh, you just let it keep flowering on 12/12. Some sativas take a really, really long time to reach maturity. I've heard of 22 weeks + flowering for strong hazes like Neville's Haze. 8 months is a long ass time, though. I don't think I would have the patience unless I had other crops as well.
