Dude seriously you are REALLY starting to piss me off wiht this multiple posting bullshit.
There are plant problem troubleshooting guides all over the place.
And this is the first time you've actually posted a GOOD pic of the problem.
Go read the sticky at the top of plant problems, answer the questions contained therein, and maybe someone will help you.
