How to clean

I'm going on a plane home and I have a glass hitter that I want to try and carry with me on my person through the metal detector. I'd like to get it as squeeky clean and scent free as possible. What do I use to clean it? Any ideas?

Rubbing alcohol and salt.

Some people are going to say "alcohol makes glass brittle" but i've never had a problem with it breaking while im cleaning it.

and seal it up in something seems like a good idea
plastic wrap? ect
duct tape it lol

hell wrap a dryer sheet or two around it then seal it up tight
(after you clean it)
may i suggest you mail it home and not carry on a plane if you really worried
i think it would be better if it got found by posties than airport security?
not sure about that but seems to me it be better than being stopped on my way home,for a bowl.,and posties aint gonna be so tightassed about what is in it,airports seem to be very very dangerous these days for anyone with anything to hide
