Ive been looking around for how to maintain a mother and i am still unsure on how to keep a plant for a long period of time...

should i but the mother in dirt so it will become root bound?
how large will it get/how much space needed?
will i have to give it nutes, if so how often
i only plan on take 4 cutting now and again

thanks for the help

most mother plants are kept in soil its easyer and less time consuming as for root bound as the plant grows you will need to re pot it

as for size thats kinda up to you you could prune it and keep it pretty small

as for nutes you will have to learn to read the plant to see what it needs

you will also have to keep it in a continious veg cycle and 4 cuttings isnt alot you might think about just starting a new set of clones every time a week or so befor you turn your crop to 12/12 cycle cut 6-8 clones and start them while you flower your plants then when those are done do the same thing with the ones vegging grow them then take clones then flower ect dose that make any sence ?:stoned:
