I love spicy food!
It seems though that at most restaurants, especially in the Northeast, all they have for hot sauce is either that cheap 'Crystal' shit, or the classic Tabasco. I prefer one with a lot more flavor.
What's yours?
(I am a sucker for the Chipotle. I use it like steak sauce)

Tabasco sucks, gimme some REAL hot sauce
had to vote that.... i like regular tabasco... and i don't mean the sauce... lol you know crap load of pepers in juice in a little bottle.... that's where it's at..
but i learned the hardway eating a half a bottle of those pepers in one day is a REALLY REALLY BAD THING TO DO...
-.- felt like i was being raped by spiked wooden dildo covered in acid and fireants...
oh yeah, and toilet paper felt exactly like 60 grit sand paper...
i'm not kidding either.... those are not exagerations... most painful shit i've ever taken in my life...

I prefer Louisianna hotsauce. They serve it at my favorite hotdog place, so I kinda got hooked on it:)

Im not too big on hot food, but when I do decide to use hotsauce, I have a bottle of "Dave's Insanity Sauce". This shit is some one drop does it stuff. IT IS HOT!!! I had to sign a release form just to test the shit at the store in St. Augustine where I bought it at.

Favorite would probably be classic. Flavored would probably be garlic. Absolute favorite would be Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.

Tobasco isn't nothin but hot vinegar. Give me some *REAL* pepper sauce that actually has flavor, not just heat.

Absolute favorite would be Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce.
= Cock sauce ftw!
I mix that stuff with coconut cream as a base for Thai curries.
I also mix it with mayonnaise to make the glop in my spicy salmon maki.

Actually yes, the origin of that sauce IS a re-creation of the contents of a used condom from a 5 dollar hooker who had just been laid by the local college rugby team after all you can eat hot wings night at Hooters.

usually i try to be funny...
that however is exactly as it felt... like i said no exagerations or anything....
needless to say i ain't chomped down on a bunch of tobasco pepers since.... i mean one or two pepers is fine... but it starts hurting REALLY bad when you eat a whole crap load of 'em.

are you serious? :p
i picked garlic. it tastes just like the classic but i like garlic so i like to give myself that little hope that maybe it will be garlic i am missing. or have to be. anyway i like cholula better than tabasco. the chipotle tabsco is a bad sauce but a god marinade. i can definitely handle hotter sauces than either of those, but if i want to enjoy the taste of the food as well as feel the heat i dont want one of those insanely hot sauces. those are better served for contests and things of that nature.

i wish i could remember this hotsauce my brother used to get =/... it was so fucking good... best hotsauce i've ever had in my life...
but that was years upon years ago (probably close to 10) i can't even remember what the bottle looked like...
i know the only place he could find it was in texas... usually at HEB but it wasn't a hill country fare or HEB brand or anything... it wasn't as famous as like Louisana or anything... but it wasn't just some off brand cheap crap.
