Pseudoephedrine and methamphetamine are two different chemicals. Pseudoephedrine is many many times less pontent than meth. The two chemicals are similar however and methamphetamine can be made from exracted pseudoephedrine, the process is not very difficult and instructions can be found over the internet. I would advise you look at multiple methods however as they usually try to leave out one or more slight steps to throw people off.

The active ingredient in Vicks Nasal Inhalers is Levmetamfetamine, which used to be called l-desoxyephedrine or l-methamphetamine which is the l(evo) isomer of methaphetamine. The levo isomer is less potent than the dextro isomer, d-methamphetamine which is what people want on the streets. It is also possible to use levmetamfetamine as your precursor to meth, if you can find and have access to a good number of vicks nasal inhalers and find a method for extraction.

Speed on the street usually contains both isomers of methamphetamine and amphetamine.
