seriously.....

ditch the ghetto cardboard. get a few 2by4s build a simple frame and attach your plastic lining to that. ditch the computer fans and get some regular fans.

you also have a ton of light leaks......you reduce your chances of getting females if you dont have pure darkness .... you're running the risk of more hermis or males

is it OK too cut the biggest leaves off so my plant getz better light?

turn the lighting off and then take a picture, see the plants better.

as to answer your question, your grow space does't look sufficient to flower your plants. look around the forums, possibly flower earlier than normal imo.

If you cut off the big leaves, your plant gets less light, not more. If you want the lower nodes to grow more, tie your plant down or top it or something, but don't cut off the big leaves.

I don't mean for this to sound like I'm being harsh but......
#1. Listen to the advice given above. Especially concerning the "firetrap" part.
#2. You need to do as much reading as you can. Both on here and elsewhere. You have LOTS of info at your disposal. Your reading will answer your questions faster than posting, since you won't have to wait for a response.
#3. The largest leaves on a plant are the ones that collect the most light for your plant to use as energy. This holds true for most of the plants life cycle.

I don't want to sound like a know-it-all. I'm learning too (see the "wannabe" part in my username). But you really do need to read as many "stickys" in this forum and others as you can. One thing worth mentioning: Don't take every single piece of info you read in posts as the pure truth. Most of my reading is done in the "stickys"and e-books, I also watch as many videos as I can find the time for. Stickys are generally reliable since it would take a real dumbass attack, for someone to post bullshit info in a sticky. It would never make it to the point of becoming a "sticky".

Also, if you see something contradictory, just cross-reference it to see which way is generally accepted as the truth.

Sorry for the long post---I just didn't want you to turn to posting to answer ALL of your questions. You'll learn faster by reading. Good Luck.

Hi!

I'm growing El Nino. One week ago, the leafs of one plant started to geting yellow, and now its dry. And now the other plants have the same problem. But I have Ultra Haze and Nexus type of plants also in the same area and they are healthy. Please help me. (I was thinking about it could be watering problem or maybe some insect.)
Thx

its so hard to tell but they look like they're pots that are too small.....repot, use fresh new soil.....flush your plants a few days prior to repotting. check your ph too. if its off you can mix a pinch of fine dolomite lime with your new soil when you repot.

have you started adding nutes? if you haven't yet, your plants are big enough to start with a very light nute schedule

looks like over fertilization. Most plant foods can burn your plant. Go with fish emulsion. That doesn't burn. same thing is happening to my plant (i used plant food meant particularly for rose budding- 15-30-15 but i used a bit much) , and i was told to water it multiple times to clean the roots off a bit. Carefull not to overwater though.

Very very healthy. Nice work.
I can't tell if those pots have built-in drip trays, but if they do, remove them so you don't get root rot or fungus gnats, both of which LOVE stagnant wet environments.

most people make mistakes on theyre first grow .. here is myN : the big plant grew to fast and endet up beeing about 5' from the 400w lamp wich of course burned a few leaves (pic 3 and 4) ..I moved the lamp and now there is no sign of further burns .

Its saturday 2day . my plan was to start the preflowering stage on Monday. do u guyZ think i should wait a week longer ?

My pots do have a drip tray but itz not build in ... can u tell me : Every time i give my plants food (watter) the trays fill uP is it importent to empty the trayz ? i mean because of fungus and gnats .

Exactly!
Standing water in a grow room is a big no no. Reservoirs are the exception.

Hi evryone. I have problems making clones ouT of 5 trys only 1 clone rooted ..
This is what i did :
1: Cut the off a clone / put it straight in a cup of watter
2: Cut the Clone in an angle / under watter
3: Planted the Clone in soil

The Picz are my new try of making clones. I put Water in a Beer bottle and Coverd it uP so no Lite can go truh the bottle.

Can i just leave the Clones for 3 weeks in the Bottle and let the Clones root in iT?
