Well I live only an hour and a half from Cedar Point, the biggest, fastest, bestest, awesomest gathering of roller coasters in the world. But I havent gone yet!!! Most likely though it will be Top Fuel Dragster.. that shit looks fuckin WICKED..
Superman at Six Flags Maryland was fun but it only got to like 95 mph. I want to be on a roller coaster when it malfunctions.. THAT would be an adrenaline rush! Id end up trying to go again!

i'm going to six flags (over georgia) on thursday :D
my favorite two are the Superman rollercoaster and the Goliath rollercoaster, but i've never ridden the Deja Vu because it's always shut down for maintenance.
i'm pretty sure if i ever rode it, it'd be my new favorite.

I LOVE Nitro at 6 Flags America in NJ... My favorite.
I went on Kingda Ka, that was fucking NUTS. My friend's contact in her eye had a tear in it- the people that went in the car ahead of us actually launched off, didn't make it to the top, and came down backwards; apparently that's common.

The Cyclone, Coney Island, Brooklyn. Built in 1927, and still going strong. The wood, and overall character of it makes it a favorite of coaster fans from all over the world.
I havn't been on it in years, but still see it when I go to Coney Island every spring and summer.
"Today, the Cyclone is the yardstick by which many other coasters are measured. It had steep drops, plenty of airtime, lateral g's and only a lapbar to hold passengers in."

there's a Cyclone at my six flags (atlanta, ga) that was built as a tribute to that one, i believe it's the exact same roller-coaster, i like it because it's classic but wooden coasters are goddamn rough as hell. :(
it's my favorite wooden coaster, though.
