question about insomnia...

ok so this week ive been having some pretty bad insomnia... up till like at least 3 am every night... my questions is if you can be diagnosed with insomnia by a doctor, and what can they give you to help it

I think I have the worst case LOL its 9.38 in the morning here... I wish I could sleep at 3 in the morning that would be like an early night to me lately I've been sleeping about 4 hours every 24 hours I just cant seem to get tired or get to sleep at all its annoying.

yeah i have a feeling im gonna be upp all night tonight... i got that little headache that comes like your body is telling you "hey man im tired! but you cant fall asleep"


ive been operating on about 9 hours of sleep the past three days... going to bed at 3 am by forcing myself and having to wake up at 6am to get ready for work... fortunately i dont have to work til 5pm tomorrow

Sorry to hear man, luckily I'm getting a check up at the doc's tommorow, I will tell him about my sleeping problems and I suggest yall' to do the same!
