In 1 o 2 weeks i'm going to go to usa to learn english.
I normally smoke hachis and maria in España.
I would like to know which states/cities have less problems to smoke cannabis and buy it.
Can you help me??

California would be a good start, where in the states are you going to. And i visited Madrid and some other cities in spain last year, it was one of the most beautiful places i have been too.
