This isn't a cannabis recipe so I didn't put it down in that section because of that. But it's awesome for the munchies. If you want some absolutely stunningly good nachos try this out. I make them every couple weeks (getting ready to make some here in a bit)
You will need a crockpot and a skillet.
1 Block of Velveeta Cheese
1lbs of ground Hamburger
1/2lbs of ground Sausage
1 jar of salsa (whatever spicyness level you enjoy)
1 small can of tomato sauce.
2 Bags of Tortilla Chips.
Cook the ground up hamburger and sausage on the stove. In the meantime cut the block of velveeta in little lots of small blocks to help it melt and mix better.
Once your hamburger and sausage is cooked throw all the above ingredients into the crockpot and stir it up really well. Now the longer you let it cook the better it will taste. If you put it on high you could have it within an hour or two and it will still be great. But if you put it on low it will take a few hours but will ultimately taste better. Make sure to check it every 30 minute and stir it up real good to prevent some of the cheese from burning.
You probably won't be able to eat nearly all of it in one sitting, if you microwave it later put it in a ceramic or glass bowl as the cheese sauce will burn/melt through even microwave safe plastics.
