Texas Outside Grjow Strains

Hey everyone... I'm really curious what outside grows have worked for you, here in Texas. I'm near Houston, and have to be pretty selective with huge 'mexiseed' sativas . Past failures with heat stress and mold, keep me from spending a lot on exotics to grow out of doors. What has worked well for you???

hello brussels, i have limited experience outside but what as worked for me is a strain called k2. it finished withouth any mold. its a little more sativa than indica. i have also tried femaleseeds nl. nothern lights.....i got all females but the buds were fluffy and whispy, then i grew it indoors and it was completly different.. anyway thats all the experience i have with outdoors so far.
