My question is when you are looking at your rep some the rep has some green squares beside it and some are grey. Is green positive and gray negative.

Green is positive, red is negative, the black one is to show they've got it disabled and grey is even. You cant give even. You go to give positive but havnt got alot of rep yourself, you can only give even. I think. Dont count me on it.
