K...this is a very simple thread that involves a commitment of 2 posts from you....we all know that it is impossible to predict what will happen in the future...but we are going to give it a shot.

First, I want you to make your first post and say what you will be doing this weekend..

then after the weekend, come back to this thread and say what you ACTUALLY did and lets see how good you were in predicting what was going to happen..

this weekend i will go to a wedding, i will do my best to stay at a reasonalbe level of intoxication, but as most of you know i am not capable of this. we will see how it goes. then on sunday, the after party up at the farm is going down, i will defenitely not try ot maintain a reasonable level of intoxication. i will probably be howling at the moon with the rest of my family.

my predictions~no DUIs No making an ass of myself. things i will do~i will drink a lot. i will say shit i really dont need to be saying.
i will also have a hangover and a really good time.

I will blow off work early to go fishing with a grow buddy in central VT. Then I will drive a couple hours north and spend the rest of the weekend -you guessed it- fishing with my old co-worker in the Northeast Kingdom and getting climbed all over by his 8 rabbit dogs.

I will probably NOT catch anything good, lol. I probably WILL catch a buzz off cheap beer (Black Label ftw!) and get a sunburn.

I very likely will flip over my kayak at least once due to my complete lack of balance while blazed.

When I called the leasing office today to go pick up the keys to my new place, they told me it wouldn't be ready 'til next Wednesday.

But it is still only Friday. Maybe I can convince them to go ahead and let us move in.

i predict that im flying to birmingham tomorrow and will be disappointed to see that its flooded. also for the rest of the week i will be competing in the world tae kwon do championships and will try to bring back a medal... also a party tonight, but no drinking or toking because my body is a finely tuned machine... only aftyer i come back will i become a stoner once again

This isn't a hard one for me. I predict I will spend an inordinate amount of time on the PC this weekend because I will be basically grounded inside my own house recovering from this cervical spine surgery, still wearing my nerdy collar. I will not be driving or riding in a car, unless I can bribe someone who hasn't seen the post-op driving prohibitions, and there's no one in my circle who doesn't know them. I predict I will break one less-vital post-op prohibition and get in the pool or spa at one point just out of sheer insanity and boredom and also that I will do some walking on the treadmill.

I also predict that I'll cook at least one meal this weekend for the Byrd men. We're starting to run low on family- and friend-donated post-op food, and there's no reason I can't occupy myself at the kitchen counter and stove in a constructive fashion. I predict that I will try to wheedle a trip to the grocery store out of someone in the process of constructing one of these recipes.

I'm going to spend one last night with a beautiful girl before she goes home, continents away :( If faith wasn't so cruel, she would be the perfect one for me. Were going to spend one last night together, under a blanket, with the stars watching above. I predict Sunday I'll be severely depressed.

I predict i'll have a big curry tonight [saturday], followed by lots of beer and lots of smelly joints with my ex. [She's staying with me for now, her place flooded last friday.]
I'll watch TV and either fall asleep on the sofa or pass out somewhere in my gaff. She'll wake me up at some point to make sure i'm still alive, and she'll go to bed.

Tomorrow [sunday] im having a leg of lamb for lunch, lots of beer, lots of weed, and then i'll probably watch TV for the rest of the night with her. I have full control over the remote though.

I think im fairly predictable, coz i cant see anything getting in the way of my eating.

I don't feel too bad because my friend who has fished that spot for 20 years caught nothing. And the night was beautiful, an almost-full moon and still, warm summer air. And the beer was cold. Amazingly this did not happen... but ONE boat got flipped over...

Saturday, instead of fishing the Norhteast Kingdom, I just chilled closer to home, took the boats out, and CLAMBAKED A CANOE. Upside down. In the water. My friend Donk's idea. Worked like a charm. It was pouring rain and we had to keep the joint dry SOMEHOW... and that involved sealing it in something waterproof and diving with it... I love summer in New England.

Well, i had my big curry on saturday night, had a few pints of stella, smoked like a chimney and watched TV. Then i ended up geting into bed at about 3am and woke my ex up, so then i got a earfull for that.

Sunday i had my roast dinner, few beers, smoked about 6 grams at home and took the rest of a half out and smoked up a mate, then drove back home and watched TV.

So i predicted everything bar smoking my mate up.

Yup. Everything came true. Spent a beautiful saturday night with her, and on Sunday I took her to the airport and she left :( Now I'm pretty sad and I miss her.

went to the wedding on saturday, it was nice. went to the reception, the food was good. the booze was free. i did not maintain a reasonable level of intoxication, but then again, no one else did either. i ended up in a hotel room with some blonde girl who was a friend of the bride, that was fun. yesterday was the party at the farm, i drank too much, and now i am hungover.

i didnt make an else of myself, i really didnt say things i shouldnt have, and i didnt get a dui. overall a success, i did have a lot of fun and i got some booty.
