Was in McDonald's the other day sitting eating my burger and fries when I looked around and seen one of the posters on the wall. It read "CHILL OUT". Without thinking I shouted across the crowded fast food establishment "NAW!.. YOUUUUUU CHILL OUT!". I think I've finally flipped. I didn't even feel embarrassed. I quite enjoyed it.

ha that made me laugh, but in a good way because yes this kind of shit does happen to me without me even really trying. Then again if the US government knew all the shit ive done id probably be classified as insane, so I cant really say much...

Eating at McDonald's is what is crazy, not the shouting.

If this happens often, you may have Tourette's syndrome. It is an annoying, but treatable condition- one of the treatments is cannabis! (click on the link in my sig- I've got several studies on treating it with cannabis.) If you live in Cali, you can get a rec for it!
And if it turns out to be a one time thing, well, we all have our "insane" moments. Your's was just an amusing incident and not harmful like "snapping" and causing damage. Your impulse control center was temporarily on the fritz. Little kids are that way- very little impulse control (wait til you're a parent- you'll see what I mean!). You just reverted to a 2 year old-like mindset for a moment. Just keep an eye of what you are doing/saying and if it happens too often, talk to your doctor.
And take a serious look at your eating habits! Are you eating properly? Diet can affect your mental attitude more than you think! Did you know that a lack of "B" vitamins can literally drive you nuts? "B" vitamins are cheap- go get some. Take them every day. There was a study in a nursing home a while back, it found that the patients who had the higher levels of "B" vitamins in their diet, had way fewer mental problems. It's cheap, it won't hurt you, it might help- worth a try in my book.
Take it easy- Granny:hippy:
